Terms of Service
Effective date: July 22, 2026. Operated by JID Solutions Inc..
Draft for launch readiness — have counsel review before relying on this as final legal advice.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Followvi™ websites, applications, and related services (the "Service") provided by JID Solutions Inc. ("JID," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Service, starting a trial, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. The Service
Followvi is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses manage contacts, email campaigns, surveys, follow-up tasks, engagement insights, and related workflows.
Features labeled "Coming soon" or similar on marketing materials are not part of the current Service commitment until generally available.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring users in your tenant comply with these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and must not use the Service if prohibited by law.
4. Trials, plans, and billing
We may offer a free trial or free plan with usage limits. Paid plans are described on the Pricing page and in-product billing screens. Fees, limits, and renewal terms may change with notice as permitted by law or your order form.
Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws; to infringe others’ rights; to attempt unauthorized access; to interfere with the Service; or to upload malicious code.
You are responsible for the content of messages and surveys you send, including required identification and unsubscribe mechanisms for commercial email where applicable. See also our Anti-Spam Policy.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant JID a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all rights needed to use Customer Content with the Service, including contact and recipient permissions.
7. Intellectual property
Followvi, related trademarks (including FOLLOWVI™), software, and documentation are owned by JID or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with third-party services (for example email SMTP providers you configure, Microsoft 365-compatible SMTP, or payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. JID is not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that follow-ups, recommendations, or engagement signals will produce any particular business result.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JID WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
JID’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO JID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify JID against claims arising from your Customer Content, your emails/surveys, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material breach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection rules. Courts in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
