JID Solutions Inc. ("JID," "we," "us," or "our") operates Followvi™, a customer outreach, follow-up, engagement, and survey platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit followvi.com and related marketing sites (the "Marketing Site"), create or use a Followvi account, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Marketing Site or Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketing Site or Service.

Marketing Site leads. When you submit a contact, demo, or similar form, we collect information you provide such as name, work email, company, phone, message, page source, and related metadata (including IP address and spam-prevention signals). These WebsiteLeads are part of JID’s sales pipeline and are not tenant customer data.

Account and Service data. If you start a trial or subscribe, we collect account registration details (such as name, email, company/tenant information, and credentials), billing-related information processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe), and content you upload or generate in the Service (contacts, campaigns, surveys, tasks, notes, and similar).

Usage and technical data. We may collect device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, log data, and diagnostic information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Marketing Site and Service.

Respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and support requests.

Create and administer tenant accounts, trials, subscriptions, and billing.

Send transactional messages (for example verification, security, and billing notices). Marketing emails are sent only where permitted and with unsubscribe options where required.

Detect abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents.

Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Followvi is a multi-tenant SaaS application. Customer content belonging to a tenant is intended to be isolated from other tenants. JID personnel may access tenant data only as needed to provide the Service, for security and abuse prevention, or as otherwise described in this Policy or your agreement with us.

WebsiteLeads submitted on the Marketing Site are JID’s own leads and are not associated with a customer tenant.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who assist us (for example hosting on Microsoft Azure, email delivery, analytics if enabled, and payment processing). These providers are permitted to process data only to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain Marketing Site leads and account information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including sales follow-up, account administration, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Tenant content is retained while the account is active and thereafter as required by our data retention practices or your instructions where available.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, and secure credential storage practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Transactional messages related to your account may still be sent.

The Marketing Site and Service are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
