Anti-Spam Policy

JID Solutions Inc. requires Followvi™ customers to send email responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

Send commercial email only to recipients who have provided appropriate consent or another lawful basis.

Include accurate header and subject information; do not use deceptive subjects or sender identities.

Identify the message as an advertisement where required and include a valid physical postal address where required.

Provide a working unsubscribe mechanism and honor opt-out requests promptly.

Use your own SMTP credentials responsibly. Followvi sends campaign email using tenant-configured SMTP; you are responsible for provider policies and deliverability practices.

Followvi includes unsubscribe handling for campaign email and excludes unsubscribed contacts from sends where the platform’s unsubscribe status is set.

We may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints, bounce rates, or other abuse signals.

Transactional responses to demo or contact requests are not bulk commercial campaigns. If we send marketing newsletters, we will include unsubscribe options as required.

Report suspected spam originating from Followvi to support@jidsolutions.com with relevant headers and details. We investigate reports and may take action including suspension.
